  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
  • Prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • We accept secure online payments through our approved payment partners.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled (see our Refund Policy for details).

4. Delivery

  • We deliver across Dubai and selected areas in the UAE. See our Shipping Policy for full details, delivery times and fees.
  • All orders are handled with care to ensure frozen and chilled products remain in perfect condition.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (frozen and perishable goods), returns are generally not accepted.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Liability

  • Dutch Food Dubai is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, transport issues, or third-party delivery errors.
